Added WebGL Support, fixed some resolution errors with the ui (let me know if any more pop up).  Game no longer starts immediately on play... you can take a moment to prepare yourself. Optimized the asteroid count(still working on more optimizations so  it runs better in  web and could even get ported to android.)
